Transforming this brownfield site in North Belfast, we delivered a 46 home residential development, consisting of four different house types. As well as maximising the sellable areas through a large retaining wall, we undertook a targeted procurement process enabling buyers to pick from an array of finishes during the sales process – making their home bespoke to them.
